This is a legal agreement between you and OpenMindMatch.Love

By posting your profile, registering for an event or accessing our website you consent to our terms and conditions as stated below.

Please note that throughout this policy we will refer to OpenMindMatch.Love as “OMM”. We, Our or Us.

 Disclaimer/ Clients

OMM does not verify any personal information on its clients, such as marital status or past criminal activity or any other aspects of their background. OMM’s liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. OMM or any other third party company involved will not be liable for any direct or indirect contact between clients. This includes without limitation damages arising out of any contact with other clients, or third party affiliates. You are solely responsible for your interactions with clients and users through our website and during our events. You agree to take all reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users. Particularly following the exchange of contact information. All of your connections will be through mutual consent. OMM makes no guarantees regarding your compatibility with individuals you meet through our service. OMM will take every measure possible to have an equal female to male ratio at our events. OMM will not be held responsible for events that do not have the equal female to male ratio. You agree to assume all responsibilities and risks associated with a OMM event or function. Please use your own discretion.

Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, posting your profile, registering for an event you agree to the terms and conditions of the contract for each and every OMM event you attend. Or any of our matchmaking services. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the site, services or site content. These terms are subject to change at any time, and such modifications are effective upon posting on the website. It is the client’s responsibility to check back for changes. By accessing the website or becoming a member, you accept this Agreement to the terms and conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.

Minors

You must be of legal adult age in your respective country/state or older to register as a user of this site or attend an event, and by using this website, you represent and warrant that you are in authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms of this agreement.

Denied Access

OMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any OMM event or the use of the website or social media sites in direct link with the OMM site, upon any breach of this agreement or at our own discretion.

By posting your profile or registering for an event or becoming a client you…

Will use OMM with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will be required to provide personal information. You are solely responsible for the information you provide OMM and deem it to be accurate.

Understand that OMM is not responsible for your communication or interaction between clients at any time, and we have no responsibility to mediate disputes.

At our events we will be taking photos, some of the photos may be displayed on our site or used for promotional materials. By registering for a OMM event you authorize us to use your photo on our site, and other related promotional publications, not limited to the site. Social media and blogs. With no compensation to you.

General Indemnity Agreement

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OMM, its’ owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties affiliates, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the, OMM website and services. Including any breach by you of the terms of the agreement.

General Disclaimer

• At OMM we do not screen clients registering for our services. Back ground checks are never performed. Therefore OMM will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect or incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of our services, present or future or introduced to you via OMM. Such damages include but are not limited to, lost profits arising from you membership, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
• Your participation with OMM is at your own risk and you agree to waive any and all liability against the owners, all our employees, the venue and its staff, sponsors or advertisers associated with the event or OMM itself.  
• All participants are solely responsible for their own safety before, during and after the activity/event takes place.
• You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the site, particularly when you decide to meet in person.
• OMM is not liable for any stolen or lost items during the activity/event, including any items left behind afterwards.
• Each individual agrees that if intoxicated, they will not operate a motorized vehicle upon leaving an activity/event.
• All OMM employees along with the employees of the venues, reserve the right to remove any person displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour and/or acts in a manner that we deem rude, threatening, indecent or offensive and/or anyone causing a threat to the safety of other individuals.
• Each individual is solely responsible for the use of any equipment during an activity/event and responsible for the repair and replacement of any broken, lost or stolen items during or after the activity/event.
• As a participant, if you have a dating profile, you authorize OMM to give out your authorized information to your chosen connection.
• OMM provides its services on an “as is” basis and grants no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, or assumed in any communication with OMM or its representatives/third party affiliates.
• No participant will engage in advertising to or solicitation of other members. This includes but is not limited to solicitation or advertising to buy or sell any products or services or to attend any parties or other social functions or networking for commercial purposes. You may not send any chain letters or emails to other members. It is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from these services in order to contact, harass, abuse, harm another person, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without their prior consent.
• You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsements by OpenMindMatch.Love without our prior written consent.
• Your use of our site, including content you post. Must be in accordance with all applicable law or regulation. OMM will edit all content where possible.
• By using our site, you agree and consent to receive email messages from us, to the personal email address you provided us during registration. For receipts, confirmations, invitations and administrative purposes.
• You understand that finding the right person(s) to associate with, is your personal decision for which you alone are responsible. The site does not and will not make representations in regards to suitability of any individual you may decide to interact with. You also understand that meeting new people, by whatever resources and means, always requires taking normal precautions you should otherwise take in establishing new relationships. Those may include, but are not limited to, meeting in public places, checking with mutual friends, and otherwise using common sense about protecting yourself and your personal property. You understand that you are responsible for protecting you, and your personal and financial information, that you are not entrusting this responsibility to anyone else.

Cancellation and reschedule policy

• By registering for an event you consent to our cancellation and rescheduling policies.
• If OMM cancels an event.
  • Because of the nature of the events, if we do not have enough participants or if the ratio of participants is not conducive to the event, it will be postponed or cancelled. At this time we will issue a full refund or a full transferable credit of equal value (with an expiry of 6 months).
• We strongly urge you to check your schedule in advance. Before registering for an event. We will be unable to provide a credit due to cancellation.
